Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge at checkout, wherever you are.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Delivery normally takes 8 to 15 days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and local postal service. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or customs inspection.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. You can follow your parcel at any time using the Track your order page on our website.

Digital guides

PDF guides are delivered by email immediately after purchase, with a download link that is also available from your order confirmation page. Nothing is posted for digital items.

Customs, duties and taxes

Books are duty-free in most countries. Where import taxes or handling fees do apply, they are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or prepay these charges.

Addresses and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost. If your parcel has not arrived within 25 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at ecomwizarddenning@gmail.com and we will trace it or send a replacement.
